 We provide expert coaching, training, operational audits, compliance support, facilities and asset management, supplier sourcing, contractor management, software implementation assistance, and much more — all tailored to help hospitality businesses improve performance and efficiency. 


 We begin with a free 45-minute online consultation to understand your current challenges, explore your goals, and walk you through our approach. This session ensures we are aligned before entering the onboarding phase.

When you are ready to move forward, we will send you the invoice to confirm your place — and from there, we will begin the onboarding process.


 We charge a one-time onboarding fee starting at AUD $2,950, which covers initial reviews and onsite visit. Remote coaching and support are billed at AUD $180 per hour. Travel and accommodation for remote locations are billed separately or incorporated in a custom quote. All costs are transparently scoped and agreed upon before work begins.


 Yes! We understand hospitality’s demanding schedules. Our remote sessions are flexible and can be arranged during evenings or weekends to minimise disruption to your operations. 


 Absolutely.  Our Managing Director travels to all major Australian cities, and this is included in the onboarding fee. For regional or remote areas across Australia and New Zealand, additional travel costs may apply but will always be quoted transparently upfront. 


 Programs vary depending on your business size and goals. We offer phased approaches so you can tackle priorities one at a time or simultaneously. This flexibility helps manage workload, budget, and time effectively. 


 Yes. We provide detailed compliance reviews and help implement processes to meet industry standards, health and safety requirements, and local regulations. 


 Our hands-on industry expertise, personalised approach, and commitment to flexible, ongoing support set us apart. We combine deep operational insight with practical coaching to empower your team and improve your bottom line. 


 We take time to understand your unique business model, size, location, and team dynamics before crafting a customised coaching and support plan suited specifically to your needs. 


 Yes, we provide support for recruitment best practices, staff onboarding, and tailored training programs to improve team performance and retention. 


 Absolutely. Many clients continue with our remote coaching packages for ongoing guidance, refresher training, or assistance with new challenges as their business evolves. 


 We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to strict privacy policies. Any sensitive business data shared with us is protected and used solely to deliver our services. 


 Our expertise spans a range of hospitality sectors including restaurants, stadiums, cafes, bars, catering services, hotels, and airport venues. 


 Once the onboarding fee is paid and initial consultation is completed, we typically schedule the full-day site visit within 2–4 weeks, depending on availability. 


 We understand schedules change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid any fees. 


 Yes. We have extensive experience supporting multi-site operations and franchises. We tailor scalable solutions and provide coaching consistency across multiple locations. 


 Absolutely. We specialise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), checklists, and training materials that ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance. 


 Before delivering any coaching or materials, we conduct a thorough review of your brand, values, and goals to ensure alignment with your culture and customer expectations. 


 We offer optional ongoing support packages, monthly check-ins, or quarterly strategy sessions to help you maintain momentum and adapt to changing business needs.

 Our services are modular and flexible — you can engage us for a full program or select specific support areas like training, compliance, supplier management, or coaching.
