A strong foundation for long-term success.

We begin every partnership with a comprehensive onboarding process designed to set you and your team up for success. 


What’s Included :


✅ Initial Business Review 


Before stepping foot on-site, we conduct a detailed remote review of your

 business, including your current structure, pain points, and goals. We may request access to menus, rosters, reports, or compliance documentation to better understand your operation in advance.


✅ Full-Day On-Site Visit


We spend a full day at your venue to:

  • Meet your leadership and frontline teams
  • Walk through all areas of your business (FOH, BOH, storage, etc.)
  • Observe day-to-day operations
  • Catalogue assets, processes, and potential risks or gaps


This allows us to tailor our coaching and solutions specifically to your team and environment.
 

✅ Client Onboarding Session


After the site visit, we sit down with you (either on-site or remotely) to debrief and outline the priorities, scope, and timelines for our work together. This is where we align on expectations, deliverables, and next steps.


✅ Materials Preparation


We begin creating any required documentation based on your needs — such as coaching content, training modules, checklists, or operational templates. This work is scoped and quoted clearly before commencement so there are no surprises.



One-Time Onboarding Fee: AUD $2,950  


We are confident that this fee will cover the vast majority of our clientele. However, it may vary based on the size, scope, or specific needs of your business. The listed fee includes our Managing Director travelling to major cities across Australia, including Perth, Darwin, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, and Hobart.

For regional or remote locations across Australia and New Zealand, additional travel and accommodation costs may apply and will be quoted transparently in advance.

 Flexible on your schedule. We know time is tight in hospitality. That’s why our remote coaching is built to be flexible, efficient, and tailored to your needs, with no disruption to daily operations. 


What’s Included :


 ✅  Leadership & Team Coaching


We offer remote 1-on-1 or group coaching sessions for venue managers, supervisors, or franchisees. These sessions are designed to address leadership, delegation, communication, and performance management challenges — and can be scheduled during quiet periods or after hours.


✅ Strategic Advisory & Business Support


Clients can use remote sessions to get expert guidance on:

  • Operational challenges
  • Team structure and responsibilities
  • Process improvement
  • Compliance gaps
  • Business performance insights


 

✅ Project-Based Support


You may ask us to support specific tasks remotely, such as:

  • Creating custom training materials or SOPs
  • Designing compliance checklists or reporting tools
  • Sourcing equipment or suppliers
  • Assisting with digital tools and integrations
     


✅ Flexible Scheduling


Sessions are delivered via video call and can be scheduled around your operational hours, including evenings and weekends if required. This ensures minimal disruption to your team while maintaining momentum toward your goals.



Remote Coaching & Support Rates: AUD $180/hour


  • Custom packages available for ongoing support or advisory retainers
  • Before beginning any task or scope of work, we’ll provide a time estimate and cost breakdown. No surprises — only transparency.
